How long does it take to start management after signing?

The management process can begin very quickly after signing.

The timeframe depends mainly on the current situation of your property.

If your property already has an online listing and current reservations, management can begin almost immediately.

However, if the property is starting from scratch, a preparation phase is necessary:

  • preparing the property,
  • taking professional photos,
  • creating or optimizing the listing,
  • verifying and requesting the necessary authorizations.

In this case, it takes about 30 days for everything to be ready and for the property to be fully operational and online.

What happens if I want to stop managing?

Cancellation possible with 3 months’ notice.

This allows us to complete all current and existing bookings based on the 6-month open calendar. A smooth transition for you and your travelers.

Can I manage part of my property myself?

No, for optimal management, we need complete control over the calendar, prices, and communication. Otherwise, there is a risk of conflicts and overbookings.

Safety and Legality

What happens if a traveler causes major damage?

We document everything and handle the claim with Airbnb and the insurance company.

Before/after photos, inventory, security deposit. We manage the entire process for you. You don’t have to do a thing.

How does identity verification work legally?

This is a legal requirement in Spain that we manage through official software.

Before each check-in, we collect travelers’ information and ID documents through our certified software, which transmits them directly to the Spanish government.

This secures your property and ensures your full legal compliance.
